Lennart is the driving force behind Nucoro and is leading the team to build a truly customer-centric investment solution. Lennart has an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School.

He has been working as CTO and technology consultant for multiple technology-based startups and has managed development teams building projects for large clients such as Telefónica and Vodafone. Antonio is the author of the Django by Example book series. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.

Kelly worked for five years at Deloitte within their transaction advisory and assurance service lines across various industries. Kelly is a Chartered Professional Accountant (C.A.) with the British Columbia Institute of CPAs. At Nucoro, she focuses on the operational aspects of the business which include Customer Support and Excellence, Operations and Integrations, Compliance, Finance and Legal.

There he focussed on operational excellence and process optimisation projects in European bluechip clients and international organisations. As Head of Strategy & Partnerships at Nucoro, Nikolai leads on the direction of the business and the development of our partnership programmes. Nikolai holds an MSc in Political Economy from LSE.
Our advisory team has a depth of management experience in financial services and institutional risk control and a long history of successful collaboration. With a shared vision that powered a twenty-year partnership between ETS Asset Management Factory and Compagnie Benjamin de Rothschild, collectively managing billions in assets, this same team is now working to apply their expertise to the retail market to benefit private investors.

Previously, Hugo served as CFO to the Tradition Group's Bank, heading up the Specialist Risk Management department and prior to that worked for the Nestlé Group as treasurer of its US Finance Company. Hugo holds positions on the investment committee of several private equity funds and frequently speaks at conferences focusing on financial and environmental issues.

He has over 35 years of experience in M&A, as Trustee in bankruptcy procedures, Advisor of national and international banks, Technical Office Consultant of Verona’s Court of Law, and Expert in recovery plans negotiated for corporate crisis. He is currently member of Board of Directors of various companies, and also Chairman and member of the Statutory Auditor of listed and not listed companies. In 2015, he was appointed as Extraordinary Commissioner of an important industrial group by the Italian Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico.

He spent nine years at Sirti, leading Italian TLC engineering company, where he served as CEO from 2003 to 2008. Before Sirti, he worked 20 years at Techint, a group of engineering and construction companies. He held relevant roles within the Group, and in particular, he was CFO at Dalmine Tenaris. Ambrogio held board positions in several listed companies and is currently Board member of ICS Maugeri. He also carries on entrepreneurial activities in the furniture, health and fashion sectors. He is currently Operating Partner at Trilantic Europe, and is active in management consultancy.
